2. Are your products pure silver or silver-plated?
All our products are sterling silver 925, which means they are pure silver that does not rust or change color.
3. Are the stones used in your products natural or artificial?
We only use natural stones in our jewelry pieces.
4. How can I make my silver pieces shine again?
You can clean your silver jewelry at home using one of these methods:
- Use toothpaste and an old toothbrush to gently scrub your pieces, then rinse with water.
- Alternatively, you can clean them with bicarbonate for excellent results.
5. What if I check my order and don’t like it?
You can return the item directly to the courier and pay only the shipping fee. However, refunds are not available after the courier leaves your doorstep.
6. What if I purchased a gift and the size doesn’t fit?
No worries! Simply:
- Send us your order receipt and a picture of the item you want to exchange via our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp) or by email at mapela.silver@gmail.com.
- We will arrange the exchange, and you’ll only need to cover the shipping fees.

We are an online store only, with no physical location. You can shop our entire collection online and reach us anytime via email or social media.
