How to know my size?

Take a picture of your hand or your ring on a ruler and send it to us mapela.silver@gmail.com or follow our size chart. 

Is it pure silver or silver plated?

All are products are sterling silver 925, don't rust or change color

Are the stones natural or artificial stones?

All our stones are natural stones.

How to make my silver pieces shine again?

The easiest way to do it at home is to clean them with a toothpaste and old brush and wash with water. 

Or you can use bicarbonate.

What if I checked my order and I didn't like it?

You can return it with the courier and just pay for the shipping. No refund after the courier leaves your doorstep. 

If I purchased a gift and the size doesn't fit?

Send your order receipt and picture of the item you want to exchange on our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or E-mail) and we'll send you the exchange and you'll pay for the shipping fees.
